Clear Guidelines for Using Court Click Responsibly

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Digilaw Legal Software Private Limited through the Court Click mobile application and website (collectively, “Court Click,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By registering, subscribing, or using Court Click, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions:

  • User refers to any individual who subscribes to or uses the Court Click app or website.
  • Services means all digital tools and features provided through Court Click for tracking legal cases, including display board integration, cause list automation, and real-time updates.
  • Lifetime or Life (for the purpose of the First Case or Base Lifetime Plan) means the operational life of the Court Click platform, OR until there is a substantial change in ownership, merger, acquisition, or Board change resulting in discontinuation of the plan OR 15 years, whichever is earlier.

2. Available Plans and Pricing:

  • First Case - ₹99/year: Track 1 case
  • First Case Lifetime Plan - ₹999 one-time: Track 1 case for life
  • Extra Case Plan - ₹200/year for each additional case

The pricing mentioned above applies only to users who have set India as their country or region in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users in other regions may see different pricing due to taxes, conversions, and policies. Court Click reserves the right to update or discontinue offers with 7 days' notice.

3. Account Creation and Access:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@courtclick.com if unauthorized access occurs.

4. Refund Policy:

Please refer to Court Click's Refund & Cancellation Policy for details regarding refunds, cancellations, credit usage, and subscription management.

5. User Conduct:

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or disrupt our services.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or copy Court Click's intellectual property.

Violation of this clause may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Termination:

We may terminate or suspend access to your account at any time. Fraud or malicious activity will result in immediate revocation without notice. We may also terminate access without cause with a 90-day notice.

7. Modifications to Service or Terms:

Court Click reserves the right to modify these Terms or its services with a 30-day prior notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.

8. Intellectual Property:

All content, branding, and software on Court Click are the property of Digilaw Legal Software Private Limited. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without express written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, or resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
